All used items will show normal signs of use such as nicks, scuffs, and scratches. They look great in the car. Overall very satisfied. Well packaged to prevent damage even though it looks like the shipper tried.

Shipping was pricey, but you gotta do what. All parts are tested and inspected for reliability performance. I was able to fix them with parts off my old panels. Didn't budge on the pallet and was waterproof.
